About Me
I am originally from KY and lived there until my early 20s. I am a military veteran and was active duty Air Force overseas from 2006 to 2012. I moved to Abilene in 2012 when my husband got stationed at Dyess AFB. We have one son, Ethan. I was a licensed professional counselor from 2017 to 2022.

My clients enjoy the convenience of an exclusive online portal designed to cater to their diverse needs. This platform serves as a hub for various activities, including scheduling, maintaining private digital journals, and tracking tasks and goals. The extent to which clients engage with these features varies based on their individual preferences.
Additionally, my clients benefit from easy access to my dedicated Coach App on their smartphones. This app is a treasure trove of invaluable information and resources that enhance their coaching journey, both during and after the process. Moreover, clients have the flexibility to submit a Check-In form, allowing them to provide updates on their progress between sessions and ensure continuous support.
Coach Style
At the heart of my approach lies a deep commitment to being person-centered. This involves not only active listening but also the art of posing thought-provoking questions that guide clients toward insightful revelations. Empowering clients to prioritize actionable steps is a cornerstone of my practice. I recognize that internal hurdles often hinder personal growth; my role is to help individuals navigate these barriers, even when they stem from sources like fear. I approach my client interactions with unwavering authenticity and candor, delivered in a constructive manner that propels change while nurturing and honoring their inherent worth. The partnership I forge with my clients is a deeply cherished aspect of my work. I am dedicated in my commitment to accompany them on their journey, regardless of the duration, until they stand exactly where they aspire to be.
Sessions
Prospective clients have the opportunity to schedule a free consultation session, enabling them to delve into the coaching program and assess its suitability. Individual sessions, with a duration of approximately an hour, are exclusively available through private payment. The fee structure operates on a sliding scale, spanning from $60 to $80 per session. Flexibility is integral, and customized pricing discussions can be tailored to individual circumstances.
While session frequency remains at the discretion of the client, I recommend a minimum of one session per month to foster consistent progress. Clients have the option of either in person, online, or phone sessions.
My session calendar boasts remarkable flexibility, catering to diverse schedules. I am available on Mondays (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM), Thursdays (4:30 PM - 8:30 PM), Fridays (4:30 PM - 8:30 PM), and Sundays (12:00 PM - 6:00 PM). Clients also retain the liberty to propose alternate days and times as needed. Generally, accommodating such requests is feasible and rarely poses an issue.
